HOW DO I USE A ENTRÉE CARD?
Entrée Cards give you the freedom to eat at any of the merchants that appear on the entreecard.ca website. front of the card. CAN I USE A ENTRÉE CARD TO APPLY A TIP TO THE BILL?
Yes, as long as the subtotal plus the tip is less than or equal to the Card balance.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THESE PREPAID CARDS?
The Card is redeemable only at the merchants whose logos appear on the entreecard.ca website.

CAN I USE MY CARD AT THE APPROVED MERCHANTS’ U.S. BRANCHES?
No, the Cards can only be used at the Canada merchant locations whose logos on the entreecard.ca website.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE ON THESE PREPAID CARDS?

DO ENTRÉE CARDS HAVE ANY FEES?
No, there are no fees.

DO THE FUNDS ON ENTRÉE CARDS EXPIRE?
There is an expiry date on the back of each Entrée Card; this is when the plastic expires. However, funds on your prepaid card never expire. If funds remain on the Card after the “Valid thru” date, simply contact customer service at 833-501-5726 for directions on how to redeem the remaining balance on your card.

CAN I RELOAD A ENTRÉE CARD?
No, Entrée Cards cannot be reloaded.

CAN I USE THE CARD FOR CASH WITHDRAWAL?
No, Entrée Cards cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawal.

HOW ARE MERCHANDISE RETURNS PROCESSED?
Depending on the merchant, merchandise returns may be refunded directly back to your prepaid card, so be sure to keep it until you are sure you will not need it.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS MORE THAN THE VALUE AVAILABLE ON THE ENTRÉE CARD?
If your purchase is larger than your balance, ask the cashier to swipe the prepaid card for the exact amount available on the card; then pay the remaining balance with another form of payment. These are called “split transactions.” Some merchants do not allow cardholders to conduct split transactions.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ENTRÉE CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
You must take all reasonable precautions to protect your Card against loss, theft, or unauthorized use. If your Card has been lost or stolen, or if you have reason to believe that someone has made an unauthorized transaction with your Card or may attempt to use your Card without your permission, you must notify us IMMEDIATELY by calling the customer service number. All transactions carried out on your Card before you notify us will be considered to have been authorized by you.
